2. INSTALL SAMSUNG GALAXY DRIVERS
You need these drivers to connect your device with the computer to follow this guide. Without these USB drivers you can’t connect your device to the PC, first download and install these drivers on your system.

3. ENABLE USB DEBUGGING MODE
Now you need to enable USB debugging mode. Without enabling USB debugging mode on your device you can’t start the root, Custom ROM or Unlock process.

4. CHARGE YOU ANDROID
If your device switched off during this process, it could damage or brick the device. Make sure that your Android battery is full charge or near about 50-70% battery level.

Step 2. Download the ROM file for S3 here and save it on your desktop.

Step 3. Connect your phone to the PC with USB cable and move the zip file on your phone.
Step 4. Turn off your Galaxy S3 and reboot into Recovery by pressing and holding the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons simultaneously.
Step 5. Wipe all data on your phone for a clean install of the 4.4.4 ROM.
Step 6. Flash the ROM through Recovery and then flash SuperSU. Reboot and you’re done.
That’s it. Now your Galaxy S 3 phone is running on Android KitKat 4.4.4.
